Lake Mission Viejo is a private homeowners association. All Guests must be hosted by a member.
Daily Guest Rules
- Maximum of 15 guests/day per household-membership with the following exceptions:
- Concert days- see below.
- Special events – see event listing for guest limit and fees
- July 4th, guests are not permitted entry before 3 p.m.
- Members may enter with their guests and pay guest fees at the gate or create a prepaid, advance guest list.
- Guests will not be permitted entrance before host arrives.
- Members are responsible for their guests and must remain on LMVA premises while guests are in attendance
Guest Fees

- Guests of members ages 62 +
(discount applies to all guests 8 and over if member is 62+, please advise gate attendant. Not valid concert days at North Beach)
$2.50 guest/day
- Children Under 8 Free (count towards 15 guest/household maximum)
- Concert Guest Day Pass (North Beach)
(Limit 4 guests per member-household including children)
$20.00 guest/day/all ages
Guests Arriving with Member
Guests arriving with their host member (same car, caravan,or on-foot) pay the daily guest fee at the gate.
Guest Lists: Advance Payment Required.
When guests will not be arriving with the member, members may register and pay for their guests online prior to their arrival (from 30 days until the day before the guests’ visit) or in person at Lake Services (any time before arrival). The 15 guest maximum per household-membership applies.
- All guest lists must be prepaid regardless of whether made online or with Lake Services.
- Guest lists are nonrefundable except in cases of inclement weather, however, members can change the date. To request a refund or date change, members must call or email Lake Services by 3 pm on the list date (949-770-1313X200, [email protected])
- First and last name of each guest, regardless of age is required. Name changes are permitted but must be made by calling Lake Services from 8 am – 5 pm. We encourage members to hold off on making a list until attendance has been confirmed.
- Members may go online to register additional guests multiple times before their event, as long as the total number of guests per property ID number for that day doesn’t exceed 15.
- Members must arrive before all guests. Let the gate attendant know you have guests coming so your list can be activated.
- Upon arrival, guests need only give the attendant their name for admittance.
- Not available for North Beach on concert days.
