The Upper Picnic Area is available for rental year-round with the exception of certain holidays.   A beautiful and quiet area, it is a short stroll up a walkway from the parking lot, the park overlooks a magnificent stand of Oak trees.  Amenities include a large grass field, accomodation for 125 people with seating for 96 at the 16 picnic tables, each with their own charcoal barbeque.  A restroom, located at the entrance to the park, is open when rented and dock carts are available in the parking lot.
