Please arrive 10 minutes before your rental start time.  Our insurance carrier requires in-person signatures on multiple forms prior to every rental.  Members must be 21 to rent and operate party boats.

1. CURRENT and VALID Lake Mission Viejo Association Membership card is required to rent a boat.  (Visit the Membership Office to replace lost or expired cards)

2.  Fishing and/or swimming are NOT permitted from the party boat.

3.  Each boat holds up to 10 people per boat (children and infants included) per Coast Guard regulations.

4. Each household membership may rent 2 Party Boats per day for up to 2 hours only.

5.  Food and beverages (including alcohol) are permitted.

6.  Glass containers are not permitted.

7.  Allotted time begins at the time of your reservation, there is no grace period.

8.  Boats must be returned on time.

Party boats may be reserved up to one month in advance (beginning at midnight). Please note that an administrative fee of $1.80 per hour per boat will be charged by our software provider when reserving party boats on-line.

Accessible party boats are available.  Please call ASAP after making your online reservation to be assigned an accessible boat and to discuss accessibility and loading procedures for wheelchairs to make sure the boat will work your specific situation.
