The 2026 Lake Mission Viejo Assessment is $193.00 due January 1 and July 1.

A courtesy statement is sent by US mail (or email if requested by owner) approximately one month before payment is due. A modest late fee that covers the cost of mailing a past due statement, will be applied if payment is not received by one month after the due date. Late fees are not waived, as we can not be responsible for post office reliability or email spam filters.

Methods of Payment:

• Auto-Draft (previously known as ACH or Auto-Debit): Easiest option – no additional fees. In the owner portal, sign up for automatic payment from a checking account.  If you were signed up on Auto-Draft on the old system, you should see that you are Enrolled when viewing your portal.  Please confirm that your bank account information is current.
• By mail: Send a check to our processing center at Lake Mission Viejo Association, PO Box 52342, Phoenix, AZ 85072.
• Online with credit card: In the owner portal, make an online payment with a credit card. A 2.99% transaction fee will be added to the payment amount.  We are no longer able to accept credit card payments over the telephone.  Setting up a recurring payment is not Auto-Draft.  Payments will not be automatically adjusted if the assessment changes.
• Online with bank account: In the owner portal, make a payment with a bank account. A $1.99 per transaction (below $2,000) will be added to the payment amount. Setting up a recurring payment is not Auto-Draft.  Payments will not be automatically adjusted if the assessment changes.
• In person: By check or with exact cash only at the North Beach gate. If visiting the Membership office, please bring your Lake ID card to be admitted to the facility.
