Escrow Information
Lake Mission Viejo Association (LMVA) is a master recreational association serving the homes built by the Mission Viejo Company. Many homes that are part of LMVA are also part of at least one other Homeowners Association that serves their immediate neighborhood or community. .
Escrow Documents for LMVA
To obtain LMVA HOA documents, including payoff demand statements, an escrow agency representative may place a document order through CondoCerts at www.condocerts.com.
Transfer Fee
At the close of escrow, a $300 transfer fee is due, payable to Lake Mission Viejo Association, along with any outstanding balance.
Membership
Membership is permanent, and cannot be cancelled or opted out from when purchasing a home that is part of the Association.
