Transfer of Lake privileges to tenants is optional for property owners.  If transferred, owners will not have access to Lake facilities until transferred back.

• The property owner (or property manager*)  must initiate the transfer by contacting the Membership Office for the paperwork to transfer Lake privileges to their tenants.
• Tenants will receive a welcome letter once the Lake privileges have been transferred; at which time they must make an appointment to obtain membership badges. New tenant badges are issued by appointment only for the term of the lease. To approve continued Lake access  for month-to-month tenants, please email [email protected].
• There is a $75 transfer fee payable by either the landlord or tenant.
• Owners are always responsible for paying LMVA assessments.

*  Owner may designate a property manager to communicate on their behalf by providing a property management agreement or written consent.

• Transfer of Lake privileges to tenants is optional for property owners. Tenants living in homes that are part of LMVA are not guaranteed Lake privileges. With the exception of Vista Del Lago, apartment communities are not included in the HOA.
• A landlord or property manager must initiate the transfer. Once they have done so the tenants will be sent a welcome letter with instructions for getting a Lake ID. Appointments are required.
• There is a $75 transfer fee. The property owner can choose to pay it or have it paid by the tenants.
• Tenant Lake ID badges are good for the term of the lease and may be renewed by presenting a new lease. Month-to-Month tenants are renewed with the property owner’s written permission.
