New and existing owners must have a Lake ID badge to be admitted to Lake facilities and events.  Please make an appointment before your first visit.

Initial badges issued by appointment only  through the membership office at (949) 770-1313 ext. 212.  Based on the property id number or address, member services will tell you what you need to bring.  During this appointment pictures will be taken for your ID badge and you’ll  learn about the Lake amenities and procedures.

• All household members who are eight (8) years of age and older will need to  have their own ID badge(s) made.  We do not require every member to present at the initial appointment, but they will need to come in person during business hours to have a photo taken to be issued a badge for Lake access.
• Household members eighteen (18) years of age or older and are NOT listed on the grant deed will need to bring in proof of residency at the member property to receive a Lake ID.  Valid forms of ID to confirm LMVA residency: driver’s License or CA state ID, auto insurance, DMV car registration; change of address receipt from US Post Office or DMV. The spouse of an owner listed on the grant deed as married may present a marriage license.
