Member Web Portal

THE JANUARY 2019 ASSESSMENTS ARE NOW PAST DUE.  PAYMENTS NOT RECEIVED BY JANUARY 31, 2019 HAVE RECEIVED A LATE FEE OF $6.35 ON FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 1, 2019.

To use this feature to make your LMVA Payments/Access account information you will need to register for your online account (if you have not already done so). If you have already activated your online member web portal, please sign in with the email/password combo you set up when you first registered.
 
For first time Registration you will require the following: 
 
• Click the “Continue to Member web portal” link you see below
 
• Select the blue “click here to register” link- this will take you to a registration screen
 
• Input your LMVA Account Number from your assessment bill (Ex. Account No. 100-05636-012-01)
 
• Input your temporary password for access as shown on your assessment bill.
 
• Once you have input these items you will be taken to a new screen where you will input the email address you would like to log in with and set your own password.  Once you have completed these two items you will be taken to your web portal.

Using LMVA website to Pay:
• Click Continue to Member Web Portal (see above link). After signing in (or registering if this is your first time), click on Homeowner on the left and then select Make a Payment. You have two options to pay with: Credit Card and E-Check (Debit from a Checking account). Please note that at the portal you are only able to make one-time payments, you cannot set up recurring payments at the member web portal.

Sign up for Recurring ACH Auto Debit:
Sign up to have your payments automatically withdrawn semi-annually via ACH (for more information click here) no more hassle and no more late payments. Please contact the Membership Office to change existing Auto Debit information.
