The Upper Picnic Area is available for rental year-round, and it may be rented up to 6 months in advance.  Bookings must be confirmed a minimum of 30 days prior to the event date during the off-season and two weeks prior when East Beach is open.   There are certain holidays and Lake event dates that the rental is not available.  Please contact our Sales and Events team for availability.

The Upper Picnic Area is a located up the walkway north of the parking area and away from the beach.  It is a beautiful and quiet area overlooking  a magnificent stand of Oak trees.  Amenities include a large grass field and accommodation for 125 people with seating for 96 at the 16 picnic tables, each with their own charcoal barbeque.  A restroom, located at the entrance of the park, is open when rented and dock carts are available in the parking lot

The Daily Rental Fee Is $300 Per Day Year Round
