Whether it’s a wedding or reception, a milestone birthday or baby shower, family gathering, or business meeting, we offer an exceptional value with our members-only pricing.  The Clubhouse is rented to LMVA members or individuals sponsored by LMVA members.  Our 2,500 square-foot facility can hold up to 376 people assembly style, or up to 170 people seated at tables (130 people with a dance floor).

Tables and chairs are included.  Our commercial kitchen, dance floor, and audio/visual equipment are available to rent.

Clubhouse events are contained within the premises of the Clubhouse only.  Usage of outdoor facilities such as picnic tables, boats, beach and/or water are not included when reserving the Clubhouse.
