Eight Reservation blocks will be available per day at a cost of $150 (plus $9 non-refundable booking fee) per block. Available blocks are as follows:

• Members may reserve up to two blocks  per day.
• Members may only have 1 reservation day on the books at a time. Another day may be reserved after the first day has passed.
• Customers will receive a full refund for cancellations received over one week prior to rental date. For reservations cancelled within 7 days of rental date, a $50 cancellation fee will be retained. Customers will receive a full refund in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Contact us by phone to cancel or inquire about a cancellation. No-shows will be charged the full price.  Note: booking fee is non-refundable.
• Reserve shelter space online using the button at the bottom of this page.

• Exclusive use of your designated block for the entire reservation period. Any setup or cleanup must be done during the reserved time.
• 5 picnic tables
• 1 large grill
• An electrical outlet
• An advance guest list of 15 people (per block) at no additional charge

Note: The shelters are under a pergola that provides partial shade, not a full roof.

• Members may continue to use the shelters on a first-come first-served basis if they are not reserved.
• Shelters must be vacated and all belongings removed 1 hour before posted reservation begins
