4. Use the OLB (Online Bill Pay) feature with your personal bank to send payment, make sure you reference your LMVA account number listed on your bill (ex. 100-10200-000-00).
5. Come into the Membership Office and pay your Bill in person via credit card, personal check or cash.

Some important billing information to keep in mind:

1. LMVA dues are assessed semi-annually (1/1 and 7/1).  Assessment notices, also known as statements, are mailed one month prior to the due date through USPS or, if selected on the LMVA website, by email.  Statements are a courtesy reminder that a debt is coming due.  A late fee is added when an assessment is not paid within 30 days of the due date.  Late notices requesting payment are mailed every month for three consecutive months if payment is not received.  A fifth and final letter is sent from a collections agency informing the homeowner that additional fees and interest have been added to the delinquent account and that Lake privileges have been suspended.
2. The semi-annual assessment amount is for $150.
3. If you are mailing in your payment or have your OLB set up through your personal bank, have payments sent to: Lake Mission Viejo Association: PO Box 52342, Phoenix AZ 85072-2342
