Important billing information

LMVA dues are assessed semi-annually (1/1 and 7/1).  The semi-annual assessment for 2023 is $156.  Assessment notices, also known as statements, are mailed one month prior to the due date through USPS or, if selected on the LMVA website, by email.  Statements are a courtesy reminder that a debt is coming due.

A late fee is added when an assessment is not paid within 30 days of the due date.  Late notices requesting payment are mailed at 30 days and 60 days past-due.  At 90 days past due accounts are charged interest and are sent to a collection firm, Alterra Assessment Recovery, for further collection efforts and are subject to further collection fees.   See full Collection Policy here:    Collections Policy

Electronic Statements

To go green and sign up for paperless billing statements visit the member web portal and select Go Green from the homeowner drop-down menu.

By enrolling in the statement alert program, you acknowledge that you will no longer receive LMVA billing statements by mail.   To ensure receipt of our emails, please add [email protected]  to your address book.  LMVA is not responsible for the computer settings of members which block attempts to receive emails.

It will be the member’s responsibility to access those billing statements online. Enrolling in the statement alert program in no way releases you from your obligation to pay your assessments in accordance with the terms set forth by the association’s governing documents.  If you are unsure if you have signed up for this service, please call the Membership Office at (949) 770-1313 ext. 212.
