Lake Mission Viejo is mussel free and we need your help and cooperation to protect and maintain it!
The lake is frequently stocked with a variety of fish. The current stocking schedule is online. Please review the Fishing Rules before fishing at the lake.
Please note: Some surviving bass have spawned in LMV and in order to protect these seemingly golden algae resistant bass, any bass caught must be released until further notice.
Swimmers Itch levels so far this year remain USEASONABLY LOW

There are two member beaches and a number of private beaches for use by lakeside residents. Playa del Norte features a sandy beach area, volleyball courts, a playground and snack bar. Playa del Este has a playground, snack bar, group picnic area, fishing area, basketball half court and horseshoe pits. Playa del Este is open daily during the Summer (Spring and Fall on weekends only).
