Lake Mission Viejo Association has an Automatic Debit program for paying your semi-annual assessment. This program is currently available for the upcoming assessment period.

Interested members can participate in this program by downloading the Authorization Agreement.

VOIDED CHECK IS REQUIRED TO VERIFY ACCOUNT INFORMATION

Your assessment will automatically be debited from your account on the first business day of the assessment period. (i.e., on or after July 1st and January 2nd of each each). The Lake Association hopes that this new enhancement will assist you in making your semi-annual payments.
To view or print the PDF files, either a PDF Browser Plug-in or Adobe Acrobat Reader is required. The Browser Plug-in, once installed, will enable viewing and printing of PDF file in the browser window. The Acrobat Reader is a separate application that opens PDF files. If neither of these utilities is installed on your computer, you can download them free from Adobe Systems.
