IMPORTANT UPDATE:
Quagga and Zebra Mussel - Boat Inspection Program
Lake Mission Viejo is mussel free and we need your help and cooperation to protect and maintain it! Please review this very important information!

LMV members are reminded to update their LMV boat registrations in order to launch their water craft on LMV. 2014 LMVA registration stickers are available in the membership office and will be required for all boats in use on the Lake in 2014. Boats new to LMV waters must pass inspection and be quarantined for 30 days prior to being granted lake access. Boats / vessels can be launched only from the North Beach launch ramp. NO EXCEPTIONS. Please see all Boat Rules. Members can contact the membership office at (949) 770-1313, ext. 211 to obtain details about boat registration requirements.

This pdf form features fields ready to be filled out. Place your cursor over a field and type in the required information. You can use one of the following applications to open and fill out pdf forms.

1. Using Acrobat Reader/Reader Plug-in
These free programs can be used to view and fill out the forms, but the information entered cannot be saved. This means that each form has to be completed and printed before you exit the program.

2. Using Adobe Acrobat or Adobe Acrobat Approval
Both of these applications allow you to enter the required information into the fields and save the partially completed form for later use.
